OwnerSoldHomes.com provides a platform that allows homeowners to market and list their properties for sale without a real estate agent. Our services include property listing pages, buyer inquiry routing, downloadable brochures, and optional add-on marketing tools.
We are a marketing platform, not a real estate brokerage. We do not provide real estate advice, represent buyers or sellers, or participate in real estate transactions.
Listing Fees and Payments
Listing fees are one-time, non-refundable payments. By purchasing a listing package, you agree that:
- All fees are charged at the time of purchase
- Listings are activated upon successful payment confirmation
- Listing duration begins on the date of activation
- We do not offer refunds once a listing has been activated
- Add-on purchases (Featured Listing, AI Room Visualizer, etc.) are also non-refundable
Seller Responsibilities
As a seller, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your property
- Only list properties you own or have legal authority to sell
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local real estate laws and fair housing regulations
- Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Not use our platform for any unlawful purpose
- Upload only photos you own or have rights to use
Prohibited Content
You may not post listings that contain:
- False, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Content that violates fair housing laws or discriminates based on protected characteristics
- Properties you do not own or have authority to sell
- Spam, unsolicited communications, or deceptive content
Buyer Inquiries
When you submit an inquiry through our platform, you acknowledge that your contact information and message will be shared directly with the property seller. OwnerSoldHomes.com is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and is not responsible for the outcome of any communication or negotiation.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to your listing. By uploading content, you grant OwnerSoldHomes.com a non-exclusive license to display that content on our platform for the duration of your listing.
Limitation of Liability
OwnerSoldHomes.com provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of listing information provided by sellers
- The outcome of any real estate transaction
- Any disputes between buyers and sellers
- Technical interruptions or downtime
- Loss of data or listing content
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.
Listing Removal
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms of Service, contains inaccurate information, or is reported as fraudulent, without refund.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
